Brad Gornto founded iCLAT Solutions, LLC in 2017 with a mission to help generous individuals and families easily establish reversionary charitable lead annuity trusts.
With more than 26 years of legal experience, Brad has built a career focused on complex estate planning, charitable planning, taxation, business law, probate and trust administration.
His first experience with charitable lead trusts began in 1997 while working with the University of Florida Foundation. That early exposure shaped the foundation of his lifelong specialization in charitable giving strategies.
National Expertise
Brad works alongside financial advisors, CPAs, attorneys, family offices, charitable organizations, and DAFs sponsors across the country.
Education
Brad earned his B.S. in Marketing from Florida State University, his JD from the University of Florida College of Law, and his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Miami School of Law.
Volunteer Leadership
Brad has served on numerous non-profit boards, including the National Association of Charitable Gift Planners (CGP) and Advisors in Philanthropy (AiP).
